One Hell Of A Carpet Warming
Pretty much the reason we’re all here. I’m so re-carpeting my place and throwing a house warming. Gifts are encouraged.

Got There A Little Late
It’s true that I got to the party a bit late. Alright, it was actually over. But, I would rather find no one other than a relaxing Hal Blaine to hang with. He told me, “My name’s Hal; Mr. Blaine was my dad’s name.” So great. And, of course, the lovely Jason Sutter of Foreigner; always willing to pose in front of a giant gong.

I’m Sure It Was Great
Here we find Stephen Perkins preparing for his clinic performance. Peter Erskine was scheduled after. I didn’t need to be there to tell you that Perkins rocked, and Erskine was brilliant. And I wasn’t. But he did. And he was.

Good Ole’ Uncle Ernie
Some things don’t change. In this case, good. Moonie’s gold Tommy kit is still the coolest thing in the place and it maintains its mantle in the Hollywood store’s window front.

Drums On Sunset
L.A.’s drum community really and truly is fortunate to have these two retailers vying for our attention and patronage. Regardless of the back story and undertones, the end result on the weekend of April 10-11 was a bringing together of drummers in the spirit of community. Bless us, every one!
